"Contacted this office requesting the ownership of a whole life policy be transferred to a local funeral home and this for the purpose of funding anticipated future funeral cost. Renee was adamant this could not be done and the conversation became slightly contentious and unprofessional. The funeral home advised of having experienced this and they were able to work with this office and move this process forward. In the end all worked out but I do not feel this office offers the professionalism and courtesy one would expect."
